Reports are prepared by Fraser Andrews, BSc MRICS, Chartered Surveyor who has over 30 years' experience within the construction industry and in preparing defect reports of this nature. Fraser has experience in completing Expert Witness Reports, accompanied with costs of repair, relating to common defects in domestic dwellings.
